If the issue persists due to continued server-side problems, please contact us at julian@healthandbeautymastery.com, and we will provide a suitable solution—free of charge. Please note: Refunds will not be issued in this scenario.

If you're unable to download the product due to issues unrelated to us—such as problems with your device, internet connection, or third-party services—we are not responsible and are not obligated to resend the product without charge.

Buyers must download their product within five (5) business days of purchase. After this time, access will expire. If the download has not been completed within this period, even if payment was made, the buyer forfeits the right to request a refund, replacement, or make any claims.
